CARE ENTERPRISES is a Chandigarh based firm. It’s Head Office lies at Chandigarh and it has branch offices in various locations, viz. Jallandhar, Ludhiana Karnal & Jammu Kashmir. Branch Offices at different locations help to expedite our services and reduce the response time to attend an emergency customer call. This is the reason why our services reach even the remotest areas with same pace and efficiency and we are always within arm’s reach of our clients

Organisation

CARE ENTERPRISES employs technically qualified and adequately skilled to grapple with the intricacies faced during their working. They have acquired necessary training from Emersons as well.
We have obtained the necessary Provident Fund & E.S.I. registration for our employees and all of them are duly registered under the said Act.

Customer Satisfaction

We have a system for regular feedback from customer in operation, whereby the customer is asked to fill a questionnaire on a continuous basis regarding the operation of the machines as well as the quality of services rendered by us. The complaints, if any, are duly attended to and even EMERSON is also intimated of any such complaint. As yet, we have not received any complaint from any of our customer about our service.

Management Information System

CARE ENTERPRISES has developed a sound Management Information system. In keeping with our goal to provide “error free performance”, we operate the Quality Management System. We keep ourselves aware with the latest happenings in technology and our industry so that we offer best to our valued clients.
